2016
Xavier, Maxime and Grégoire decided to reinvent the ageing aparthotel category by founding Edgar Suites, an eco-responsible company that would take the greatest care of travelers.
2017
Opening of the first aparthotel residence, Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, at the Villa Thoreton in the 15th arrondissement of Paris.
2018
Our profitable activity increases by two every year through operating cash flow.
2020
Covid crisis. Thanks to an agile model, Edgar Suites manages to maintain an occupancy rate of 85% and to pay all rents and retain 100% of the workforce.
2021
A financial partner enters Edgar Suites: BC Partners Real Estate.
2022
First acquisition of a building in Levallois-Perret.
2023
4 property acquisitions completed.
2024
1,300 rooms in operation and under construction. Edgar Suites obtains B Corp certification in July, affirming its commitment to sustainable hospitality.
2025
The portfolio (in operation and under construction) already secures 50 million euros in sales.
